UPDATE: Our Coriander Girl Floral 101 class has been moved to April 7th to avoid conflicts with Easter dinner! Please adjust your calendar!
Exciting news! I’m pleased to announce that after the success of our last event with design icon Cobi Ladner, Penney & Company will be hosting another special event especially for YOU our loyal customers and friends. This event will be a very special and intimate Floral 101 course with the wildly talented Toronto florist Alison Westlake of Coriander Girl Flowers.
Alison’s earthy and romantic flower arrangements are the toast of the town in the big city where her work is prized for it’s loose and whimsical just-picked-from-the-field look. Of course such effortless looking blooms take some effort and skill and Alison has agreed to travel from her charming Queen Street store to Penney & Company to give each of us a lesson!
Alison’s Coriander Girl shop has been featured in several national newspapers and magazines including Canadian House & Home , Toronto Life Weddings and more! Drool over her work below and pencil Sunday, April 7th 2013 into your calendar for an evening of flowers, music, nibbles and tons of fun.
