May I introduce our little addition, Violet Emily Anne Penney.
We arrived home from hospital yesterday afternoon and mom and baby are resting and doing well. In fact, both are napping – one on my chest as I type this with one hand. Our newly expanded family will be busy at home getting into our new groove so please excuse my absence from the store and bloggosphere for a bit! But don’t worry, I’ll be back soon…

Last night at my Oscar Celebration I was celebrating the wonderful Anne Hathaway, and Adele. We still have some Pink Champagne left, and tonight Peter and I will celebate your newest star.Cheers to the Beautiful Violet!!!

….what a pleasant surprise… here i thought… wow!… Michael has something to show us in violet (the colour of my living room)…. needless to say i was not at all disappointed… congratulations… all the best… she is beautiful…savour every moment….
Oh Michael – she is just so beautiful! I am expecting my own little one in late August/early September and I hope things go as smoothly as they did for you.
Also, as someone whose birthday is this week, I can say that late February birthdays are fantastic – they give you something to look forward to during a traditionally dreary month!
