Last weekend Sara and I enjoyed a beautiful fall day picking apples at Pingle’s Farm in Courtice, Ontario. The sun was shining, the air was crisp and clean and we loaded up a good bundle of apples to eat and bake with. We of course turned the first few apples into a delicious apple crisp that evening to finish off our dinner together and have been munching away ever since.
Here’s hoping you too get out and enjoy some fall activities before the snow flies! And if you live in Durham, you have no excuse! Get out there and enjoy this beautiful area.
