While in one of Seattle’s posh malls my brother-in-law and I found an all-Lego store (and were in heaven). Let’s just say it’s a good thing I had a small suitcase. I discovered the ultimate Michael Penney approved Lego genre that I didn’t even know about! It’s a series of historic down town shops and apartments – exactly like I used to try to create as a child!
I mean, come on! I. Must. Have. This.

Calgary has the only Lego store in Calgary and my son went crazy for it when we visited this summer. My living room has been dubbed, “the lego room”
FYI…Sherway Gardens In Etobicoke now has a Lego store.
I used to LOVE Lego, and while my brother was all about building things as described in the instructions, I always built houses. My houses were always two storied – with little lego stairs
Visit the Lego store in the Outlet Mall in St. Jacobs and then you can visit all the wonderful stores in St. Jacobs!
I totally get it! When my nephew was little I considered giving him my old lego, but could not bring myself to give it up. I bought him his own instead!
