Today I unpacked some exciting gift items that would make perfect unique Father’s Day gifts! I’ve been hoarding the vintage items in my basement waiting for June and that special day for dads. You’ve got two weekends left, so get that thinking cap on!
I am totally obsessed with Mad Men these days and these gifts are an ode to old school man caves and dad dens. Here’s a fantastic vintage ice bucket and four vintage Canadiana tumblers in a manly blue-grey with gold rims.
Next I’ve amassed a whole collection of vintage decanters, some with etched labels for scotch and rye. They make a great collection and look fantastic in a simple woven tray.
I’ve also got a set of tumblers that are perfect for the golfing dad in your life. How many you ask? Of course I’ve got ‘FORE!’
Another great gift for the stylish dad – these super cool iron gears! They’re mounted on stands so they make the perfect edgy accessory for a book shelf (book ends?), mantle, tv credenza and more. These are a great touch for the industrial man cave if that’s more up his alley. Oh and these guys are cheap! They’re from $13 to $29 a piece and weigh a ton.
I’ve also JUST unpacked a fun collection of Father’s Day cards. They’re a lovely and quirky way to say thank you to dad this Father’s Day. So come in to Penney & Company soon for that special something for that special guy we all love – dad.
